Endaoment is the first 501c3 community foundation built on the Ethereum blockchain that encourages and manages the giving of digital assets. Endaoment was created to solve two problems - 1) allowing a tax-compliant and easy way for donors to give crypto or NFTs and 2) allowing nonprofits to receive donations that originated in crypto, delivered as dollars, at no cost to the nonprofit. Endaoment accepts over 1,000 tokens in-app and many more in an over-the-counter fashion. Since inception, we’ve done $49 million through our on-chain donor-advised funds, community funds, and direct donations.

Cynthia Lummis was sworn into the United States Senate on January 3, 2021, becoming the first woman to serve as United States Senator from the great State of Wyoming.

Born on a cattle ranch in Laramie County, Senator Lummis has spent her entire career fighting for Wyoming families, communities, businesses and values. First elected to the U.S. House in 2008, Senator Lummis effectively elevated western issues, pushing through the first Interior and Environment (EPA) Appropriations bill to pass the House in seven years under her chairmanship. She also successfully passed the National Forest System Trails Stewardship Act in 2016, a bipartisan effort led by Cynthia to maintain over 157,000 miles of trails within our national forests.

After departing U.S. House of Representatives in 2016, Senator Lummis operated her family’s cattle ranches, and the Sweetgrass development in Laramie County, with her brother and sister. She is a three-time graduate of the University of Wyoming in animal science, biology and law. She and her late-husband, Al Wiederspahn, have one daughter, Annaliese, son-in-law Will Cole and grandsons Gus and Al.

Cristine Gollayan is a Senior Manager for Sony’s Global Information Security Department, deploying security tools and programs throughout Sony's Operating Companies. An avid STEM advocate, she was part of a STEM program for the Verizon Foundation and now currently serves on the Board for Women in Technology, as well as serves on the Board for STEM For Her. Cristine was also featured on Washington Life Magazine’s Top Tech Innovators and Disruptors.

Outside of work, Cristine is active in the Washington DC area attending events that support local charities and women-owned businesses. She constantly networks for female and youth empowerment in the community and has judged for the Miss America and Miss World organizations.

Grace is an entrepreneur, intrapreneur & long standing community builder. Currently the Co-Founder of The Change School, UNTAM3D (APAC's newest Web3 community for women+) and Director of Community Partnerships APAC for Meta, based in Singapore. Prior to joining Meta, Grace spent over ten years building several businesses working within the creative, startup and social innovation sectors. At the same time, she started to create strong eco-systems and communities across the Asia Pacific region.

Kristin is the Executive Director of the Blockchain Association, the Washington DC-based trade association representing more than 90 of the industry’s leading companies. Kristin serves as a liaison between policymakers and the cryptocurrency industry to assist in the creation of legislation and regulation that promotes the growth of the cryptocurrency ecosystem in the U.S.

Sara Baumann is the Artist and Founder behind the Women and Weapons NFT brand. Sara started out as an Occupational Therapist with a passion for art and through web 3.0 and the NFT space has now had the opportunity to transition full-time into being a full-time artist and founder.

The Crypto Council is the premier industry alliance committed to unlocking the promise of the technology. Sheila Warren is the CEO and was appointed in February 2022.

Janay Eyo works for Chamber of Progress, a tech trade association devoted to a progressive society, economy, workforce, and consumer climate. Through her policy work, she focuses on advocating for consumers using financial technology (fintech) and cryptocurrency.

After more than a decade in media, tech, and finance, Rachel Horn transitioned into web3 in 2019, and now serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications at Filecoin Foundation, where she works to foster and grow the Filecoin ecosystem. Filecoin Foundation is one of many contributors to the Filecoin project, a decentralized storage network powered by cryptocurrency. Rachel joined the foundation from Protocol Labs, an open-source research, development, and deployment laboratory, whose projects include IPFS and Filecoin, among others.

Evin is a Policy Analyst for the World Economic Forum's Crypto Impact & Sustainability Accelerator (CISA) where she drives project delivery, content strategy, and thought leadership for CISA's environment work. She recently created and is leading CISA's Crypto Sustainability Coalition which aims to pull siloed efforts from across the web3 space into a cohesive narrative on crypto’s capacity to be a leader in sustainability, as well as to better inform regulation at the nexus of crypto and climate in the future.
